La villa
A house of six suites on the water
Neoclassical, built in 1868 and restored in 2022: three levels facing the lake, a loggia, a frescoed hall, a salon with three French windows and 9,000 m² of terraced garden down to the shore.
The spaces
Room by room
IThe loggia
Three arches, two lanterns and the best breakfast table on the lake. It shelters the main entrance and opens onto the garden staircase.
IIThe hall
A double stone staircase with a wrought-iron balustrade climbs to the piano nobile under a frescoed vault. Underfoot, a Venetian terrazzo of marble chips.
IIIThe salon
The heart of the house: herringbone parquet, a Murano chandelier and three French windows that open onto the pool terrace.
IVThe pool terrace
An infinity pool of 18 × 5 m, lemon trees in terracotta pots, loungers and lanterns — and the lake just beyond the balustrade.
VThe kitchen
A cook’s kitchen with a marble counter, copper pans and a window on the lake — for the private chef, or for you.
VIThe frescoes
Painted skies, garlands and grotesques in faded blues and ochres. The nineteenth-century ceilings were cleaned and consolidated, never repainted.
The suites
Six suites, six views
Four suites on the piano nobile, one under the eaves and one in the old lemon house. Each has its own bathroom, air conditioning and blackout shutters.
GlicineIWisteria
The suite above the wisteria pergola. In April and May the balcony disappears under lilac clusters; the rest of the year it is simply the finest view in the house.

The garden
Something is always in flower
The gardens of Lake Como are planted for its mild climate: camellias at the end of winter, wisteria and azaleas in spring, hydrangeas in summer, lemon trees on the terraces until autumn. Choose a month.
