This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no third-party services: fonts, images and videos are served by the site itself.

The request form collects your name, e-mail, phone (optional), dates, number of guests, occasion and message. Your language choice is stored only in your browser.

Purpose and legal basis

Answering your request and preparing a possible rental agreement (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention

Requests are kept for two years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to privacy@villativano.example.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of your country.
